In September, the Vets Service Committee hosted dinner for the 2023 Military Sports Camp sponsored by the City of Reno Parks and Rec Dept. After a day of water sports on Donner Lake, 15 disabled or injured Veterans and their supporters were served a tasty baked Ziti, salad and French bread dinner prepared by the Italian Crew and served family style by the Vets Comm. The Banquet room was patriotically decorated by members of the committee and the veterans who participated had a great time.
